Overview
The FLUS Atlantic Region Field Finance Net Sales Manager serves as the lead finance partner for a portfolio of strategic regional grocery customers, partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Category Management to deliver profitable Net Revenue and Share growth.
This role owns the financial planning, forecasting, and trade investment agenda for assigned customers while also providing day-to-day direction to a dotted-line Mexico Capabilities Center team member and their customer portfolio. In addition to customer finance responsibilities, this role partners more broadly with the Atlantic Region Sr. Business Team and Zone Leadership Team across key initiatives aimed at enabling delivery of the region’s net sales plan.
ResponsibilitiesAccount Management
- Partner with Sales teams across multiple regional grocery customers to develop optimized promotional and merchandising strategies that drive profitable net sales and share growth
- Optimize trade spend and evaluate event performance to inform customer trade calendars and investment decisions
- Identify trade spend productivity opportunities and recommend tactics to deliver plan and address market share opportunities
- Support customer growth summits, joint business planning, and business reviews through financial insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with ICC for promotional event enrollments and claim approvals to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Manage customer trade accruals across assigned portfolio
Customer Business Results
- Analyze trade spend and net sales performance vs. plan and forecast
- Partner with KAMs on gap closure initiatives; identify investment opportunities to maximize return on trade spend and equipment
- Support customer business team presentations and ad hoc requests with clear financial analysis and decision-oriented insights
Forecast
- Partner with KAMs to develop accurate, account-level forecasts on a periodic basis, grounded in customer and market dynamics
- Validate event level forecasts for portfolio accounts
- Work with KAMs to align on the customer forecast and develop gap closing activities
Region Accountabilities
- Lead and optimize the regional midweek process, partnering with the Zone Leadership Team to identify risks, opportunities, and gap closure actions
- Act as Co-lead for AOP and QZP, owning end-to-end zone level planning process
- Develop materials in support of key region meetings (i.e., Q , RBT, KAM Meeting, Holiday Planning Meetings, etc.)
People Development
- Work with KAM team to design customer strategies and build their financial capabilities
- Coordinate workflow and resources with local ATL finance team, MCC and ICC
- Manage dotted line resource in MCC
- Lead and/or participate in broader Field Finance project teams
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field); MBA a plus.
- 3+ years of finance/business experience (forecasting and budgeting)
- Net Sales experience and familiarity with PGT (TPM/NJP/CCM) and Business Objects a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Collaborative; able to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Results-driven; delivers high-quality work on time
- Strong analytical skills; turns insights into actions and process improvements
