We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support network automation and analytics initiatives while serving as an extension of project and senior leadership teams. This individual will play a critical role in driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing priorities, and ensuring timely follow-through across multiple work streams.

Pay rate: $45-52/HR. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with engineering, operations, vendors, and leadership teams to keep initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable interacting with executives, and can independently drive action with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior leadership with day-to-day project coordination and execution.
  • Act as a proxy for project leadership by driving follow-ups and maintaining momentum across key initiatives.
  • Represent project leadership in status meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions when necessary.
  • Gather, analyze, and prepare project status reports and executive summaries.
  • Track action items, risks, dependencies, and blockers across multiple work streams.
  • Coordinate activities among engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create, update, and manage Jira tickets, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain backlog hygiene and proactively follow up with owners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Download, organize, and manipulate CSV data files.
  • Perform reporting and basic data analysis using Excel.
  • Assist with Agile project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately while helping to drive resolution.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Project Management support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including:
  • CSV data manipulation
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Experience creating and managing Jira tickets and Agile documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience interacting with senior leaders and executives.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting network automation, infrastructure, or technology-focused projects.
  • Exposure to networking concepts and environments.
  • PMO, project coordination, or project management support experience.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, invoice tracking, and vendor spend management.
  • Experience creating executive-level reporting and presentations.
