The Global Air Freight Industry Verticals Product Advisor provides strategic guidance and expertise on industry verticals products & solutions, customer needs, and market dynamics. Understanding of industry-specific supply chains, customer needs, buying behaviors, and logistics requirements. International air freight processes, forwarding, capacity, service levels, routing, clearance, and shipment lifecycle.
Essential FunctionsThe Global Air Freight Industry Verticals Product Advisor provides strategic guidance and expertise on industry verticals products & solutions, customer needs, and market dynamics. Understanding of industry-specific supply chains, customer needs, buying behaviors, and logistics requirements. International air freight processes, forwarding, capacity, service levels, routing, clearance, and shipment lifecycle.
- Advise product managers on strategic opportunities and customer needs within industry verticals.
- Provide industry insights to inform product roadmaps and priorities, demonstrating strong
Strategic Thinking. - Evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements, applying rigorous
Problem Solving. - Lead Cross-Functional Orchestration with engineering, design, operations, and data teams to deliver innovative solutions.

This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the Fed Ex campus location several times per week.
Minimum EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent directly related experience.
Minimum Experience7+ years in product management, industry verticals solutions, or related roles with a proven track record of insights impacting product outcomes. An advanced degree may substitute for experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Deep understanding of industry verticals products & solutions, both B2B and B2C and customer needs.
- Advanced Strategic Thinking,Problem Solving, and analytical skills.
- Expert stakeholder management and Communication & Influence abilities.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Pay: Memphis range: $9,719.96/mo - $16,523.93/mo;
Pittsburgh range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo;
Plano range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo
