Summary:
The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.
Role& Responsibilities
The B2B CARE Business Operation Analyst is responsible for carrying out many of the organizations operation functions including Customers VOC Management, review of contracts, operational project support, warranty management, and other functions as needed.
- B2B CARE Department Operations Support and business planning support
- Project support including status tracking, documentation, and detail updates
- Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction
- Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting preparation (Supporting role) for Senior leaderships and Global HQ office
- Developing and improving B2B service process along with B2B customers expectation
- Strategical thinking and collaborative preparation for teams targets
- Inventory management and parts demand forecasting
- 3-5 years of related administrative and project management experience
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field is required
- Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite
- Must have demonstrated project and program management skills
- Proven experience successfully planning and executing large projects and/or events
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels

Job Responsibilities:Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
Set up project and work breakdown structures.
Establish and document business processes.
Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
Skills:- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel;
Enterprise Application experience a plus.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
