Finance & Business Management Senior Associate

As a Finance & Business Management Associate in the Business Management team, you will support strategic initiatives, business analysis, executive communications, and project delivery across the organization **.
** You will partner with stakeholders to develop presentations, support business decision-making, coordinate key activities, and help drive process improvements. You will also support business risk management and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

** Job Responsibilities*
* + Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis

+ Organize complex information into strategic and compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques

+ Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards

+ Communicate with business partners to understand project objectives, drive next steps, and support execution

+ Project manage and deliver key work streams, initiatives, and business priorities

+ Identify business risks and support the implementation of mitigating controls

+ Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, leadership meetings, and strategy sessions

+ Maintain internal resources, documentation, and collaboration sites, including Share Point

+ Participate in cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and enhance existing business processes

** Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

+ Experience in Business Management, Chief Operating Office, or a related role

+ Experience developing presentations, reporting, and executive communications for a variety of stakeholders

+ Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables

+ Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

+ Experience presenting complex information in a clear and compelling manner

+ Ability to articulate rationale for design, reporting, and presentation decisions

+ Strong time management and prioritization skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
