Immediate need for a talented Business Operations Analyst
. This is a 03 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, Texas
(Onsite).

Pay Range: $46/hr - $46.31/hour.

- Analyze data and reporting using Zoho Analytics and Excel.
- Identify month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter trends and provide recommendations.
- Use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to improve reporting and analysis.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate data insights and performance trends.
- Support monthly/quarterly reporting and coordinate data/slide deliverables.
- Work with stakeholders and vendors to provide actionable recommendations.
Experience:
- Key skills; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools/GenAI for analysis or automation.
- Strong PowerPoint and data storytelling skills.
- Background in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Reporting, or Operations Analytics
. - Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 years of relevant experience; 5 years may substitute for a degree.
