Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus homes, guiding 8–13 students with supervision, development, and daily routines. The role starts with nine days on, three off, and may transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group.
Requirements include two years married, both at least 27, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comprehensive benefits and on-campus housing are provided.
