The Traveling Superintendent oversees day‑to‑day field operations on construction sites. The role coordinates and supervises all onsite construction activities to ensure project success in terms of safety, schedule, quality

Ki and budget. This position requires extensive travel (90‑100%) to job sites across the United States on a continual basis.

• Oversee and manage all field operations and on‑site construction activities.
• Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and self‑perform crews to maintain progress and productivity.
• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, ensuring milestone and completion dates are met.

• Develop and manage short‑term look‑ahead schedules in alignment with the master schedule.
