Summary: The Project Manager, Construction Services leads projects from preconstruction through closeout for one or more multi-site clients across restaurant, retail, hospitality, and/or government programs. This role owns planning, execution, financial performance, and client relationships, driving safe, on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple locations simultaneously.

What You'll Do Preconstruction & Planning- Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating support, schedule development, logistics planning, and procurement strategy.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to finalize design intent and project requirements.
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Lead and mentor project teams (APMs, Project Engineers, field staff)
- Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client point of contact
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
- Coordinate work sequencing, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities
- Identify risks early and proactively mitigate delays
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
- Review and approve pay applications, change orders, and invoices
- Protect project margins through cost control and scope management
- Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Monitor performance, enforce scope compliance, and resolve issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety requirements
- Implement and oversee Quality Control Plans
- Conduct regular site walks focused on quality, safety, and progress
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Provide consistent project updates on schedule, budget, and risk
- Manage inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and turnover
- Deliver as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and post-project reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR 5–10 years of GC experience
- Proven experience managing multi-site commercial construction programs
- Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience in general contracting environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to become proficient in Procore, Smartsheet, Building Connected, etc.
- OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)
- State/local GC license
- PMP, CQMC
- LEED accreditation or sustainable construction experience
The anticipated compensation range for the position is $90,000 - $125,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
