This growing and well-established commercial restoration company is seeking passionate and driven candidates for the role of Restoration Mitigation Lead
. They are looking for highly motivated individuals with extensive experience in commercial or residential restoration to join their team.
Requirements:
- Experience:
3-5+ years in Mitigation Management - IICRC certifications highly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
- Experience in commercial/residential construction
- Background in reconstruction and mitigation
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach
- Strong creative problem‑solving skills
- Xactimate experience is required
- Education:
High School Diploma, GED/Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred - 401k and health benefits
