HVAC Construction Field Superintendent

You’ll be working with a crew of tough, dependable tradesmen who take pride in their work. You’ll be expected to train and mentor journeymen and apprentices
, build strong teams, and demand excellence every day.

• Lead and coordinate all field operations for commercial HVAC construction projects.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Train, mentor, and develop Journeymen and apprentices.
• Maintain project documentation and schedules using Bluebeam, Excel
  , and other digital tools.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all work meets or exceeds code and company standards.
• Report directly to the HVAC General Superintendent and keep operations running tight.

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC construction experience.
• 4+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel
  , and construction management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• A no-compromise attitude toward safety and quality workmanship
