Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of mixed commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
