Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of mixed commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
