* Job Description:

**** Overview:
** The Construction Manager position is responsible for overseeing infrastructure construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing schedule, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
** Responsibilities:
*** Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality to support on-time and on-budget delivery.
* Lead project administration activities such as RFIs, submittals, change management, pay applications, and closeout documentation as applicable.
* Coordinate with contractors, clients, agencies, and internal disciplines to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
* Maintain and review project documentation and reporting to track progress, compliance, and risks.
* Promote job site safety and oversee applicable environmental compliance requirements.
* Lead and mentor project staff, supporting team development and effective workload coordination.
* Facilitate startup/commissioning activities, punch lists, and coordination with supporting teams (e.g., document control, survey, environmental, land acquisition) as applicable.
* Support constructability reviews and value engineering efforts to improve delivery efficiency.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
* 6 years of progressive construction management experience.
* Certified Construction Manager (CCM) strongly preferred
* Demonstrated capability leading project teams and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
* Working knowledge of project controls, documentation, and construction administration processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Reliability and dependability.
* Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime as needed.
