, is seeking an experienced New Home Warranty Representative to join our award-winning team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our homeowners receive the exceptional service and support they expect long after they move into their new home.

We are looking for an experienced New Home Warranty Representative for Plano and surrounding areas. Residential warranty experience and/or related experience required.
Responsibilities- Inspect construction at various stages of the build process
- Schedule Customer Service work with homeowners, field personnel and trades
- Ensure timely completion of all Customer Service requests
- Control warranty costs
- Process payroll
- Negotiate bids with trades
- Meet with trades, vendors and homeowner to determine warranty coverage
- Experience in homebuilding industry required, specifically in warranty or construction
- Excellent communication skills including effective email communication
- Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Residential warranty experience and/or related experience required
