We are seeking an experienced Inspector III to oversee TxDOT or similar construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, contract documents, and specifications. The role includes daily construction activity oversight, documentation, payment processing in Site Manager, and material testing for concrete.

• Inspect, observe, document, and verify work in progress by the construction contractor to ensure compliance with project schedules, contract documents, and plans. Confirm procedures are followed and materials used conform to specifications.
• Utilize engineering inspection practices to perform complex mathematical calculations and measurements of completed work.
• Maintain daily inspector reports of assigned work activities, contractor labor and equipment, and quantity of material received and verified.
• Perform on-site material testing and produce as-constructed sketches as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 6 years of construction-related experience.
• All required jurisdictional certificates and state requirements.

• Experience with Site Manager.
• Knowledge of TxDOT specifications.
• ACI field certifications.

• TxAPA Level 1B certification.
• SB102 certification.
