Preschool Creative Arts Coordinator - Plano Campus

Coordinates creative arts for large rooms and worship experiences for the Preschool ministry at Prestonwood Baptist Church - Plano Campus ("PBC-PC").

Responsibilities:

* Prepare Preschool large room Sunday worship experiences and special events (décor, lighting, props, tech and media)

* Ensure Preschool worship experiences reinforce curriculum teaching points

* Maintain Preschool creative areas

* Assist as directed in Preschool large rooms

* Recruit and coordinate volunteers for Preschool creative arts (décor, worship teams)

* Collaborate with Student Ministry to coordinate and schedule teens to serve

* Ensure all creative flows are provided to volunteers in a timely manner

* Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed

* Assist in writing scripts and flows for Preschool worship experiences as directed

* Create décor and props as necessary for special events

* Assist with general oversight of props, sets and costumes

* Collaborate in creative planning for special events (Adventure Week, Christmas, etc.)

* Produce and post social media content for Preschool

* Other duties as assigned
