• Write high-quality "golden answers" representing expert-level career guidance within the design profession.
• Develop objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice for creative professionals.
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations in AI outputs.
• Apply your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching at scale.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

• Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or similar creative role.
• Deep understanding of creative career development, portfolio building, and design hiring practices.
• Experience reviewing design work, mentoring junior creatives, or managing design projects.
• Strong written communication skills - you can break down expert knowledge clearly and concisely.
• Self-directed and reliable, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• No AI, machine learning, or technical experience required.

• A strong, diverse design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Experience working in Austin's growing tech and creative scene.
