Education/Experience

Required:

5+ years overall experience. High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.

Our client is seeking a Creative Graphic Artist to join their team in Plano, TX. This is a family owned operation that has been in business over 40 years and partners with some of the top organizations in the country to design custom lapel pins and embroidered patches. The artist will be responsible for creating custom designs, pencil to paper as well as creating camera ready designs to fulfill client requests.

• 5+ years overall experience as a Graphic Artist/Illustrator. Must have experience with pencil to paper drawing, not just clip art or digital design. This is an Illustrator role requiring them to create visual stories to communicate a specific message for commercial clients.
• Must have experience with Vector Art, Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator. Must also be experienced in modern art design with 2D, 3D Art, CGI and other AI Artistic tools.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. The Artist should have the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage deadlines.
• The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication and customer service skills with a creative mindset.
• This is a family oriented, flexible working environment, however employees are required to be in the office each day. This is not a remote working role.
