Plano, TX Hybrid/Onsite (as required)

Duration: 12‑Month Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Videographer / Video Producer to own the end‑to‑end production of high‑quality corporate and brand video content. This individual will serve as the lead on shoots, partnering closely with brand managers and stakeholders to develop concepts, storyboard ideas, direct talent, capture footage, and deliver polished final products.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who can independently manage projects from concept through post‑production while maintaining a strong visual storytelling approach and producing clean, professional corporate video content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of video production from pre‑production through final delivery.
  • Partner with brand managers and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and video strategies.
  • Create storyboards and visual plans to support content development.
  • Direct on‑camera talent and manage production logistics during shoots.
  • Operate professional video equipment and ensure high‑quality footage capture.
  • Edit video content for internal and external audiences.
  • Develop motion graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Produce polished corporate, brand, and social media video content.
  • Work autonomously and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
  • Support both consumer‑facing and internal communications video initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional videography and video production experience.
  • Proven experience leading video shoots from concept through delivery.
  • Strong ability to direct talent and manage production environments.
  • Experience creating storyboards and planning video content.
  • Advanced video editing skills.
  • Experience producing social media video content.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and corporate brand standards.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and prioritize competing deadlines.
Technical Skills (Required)
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Professional camera operation experience, including
    • Canon C300
    • Canon 5D Mark III
    • Canon R5
    • Blackmagic cameras
Preferred
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Drone operation experience
  • FAA Part 107 Drone Certification
  • Graphic design experience for creating video graphics and visual assets
Preferred Experience
  • Corporate communications and brand marketing content.
  • Internal communications and campus/event video production on consumer side
  • Social media‑focused video campaigns.
  • Motion graphics and visual asset creation.
