AI Creative Tools & Production Designer

We re looking for a creative, technically curious AI Creative Tools & Production Designer who can combine strong visual design skills with a passion for leveraging AI to improve creative and marketing workflows. This person will help explore, build, and optimize AI-powered utilities, automations, and applications that enhance the way our creative and marketing teams produce digital assets.

Working primarily in Figma
, you ll create and adapt high-quality creative assets while also experimenting with emerging AI tools to streamline production, improve efficiency, and enable new creative capabilities across ecommerce, CRM, email, web, social, and retail marketing.

This is more than a production design role—we re looking for someone who enjoys solving creative problems with technology, has excellent design instincts, and is excited about applying AI to real-world marketing and creative workflows.

• Produce high-volume, pixel-perfect creative assets in Figma
  , adapting designs for multiple channels, formats, and specifications.
• Extend concepted designs into new sizes, formats, and languages while maintaining brand consistency and design integrity.
• Explore, evaluate, and implement AI-powered creative tools and workflows that improve marketing production efficiency and creative quality.
• Build lightweight AI-driven utilities, automations, or workflow applications that support designers, marketers, and creative teams.
• Partner with creative leads, designers, copywriters, marketers, and project managers to identify opportunities where AI can accelerate creative production.
• Conduct final QA on typography, spacing, color, image quality, and export specifications to ensure production-ready assets.
• Maintain and evolve Figma design systems, components, libraries, and templates.
• Keep creative assets, AI workflows, and project files organized and well documented.

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, Creative Technologist, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Figma
  , including components, variants, auto-layout, styles, and design systems.
• Experience using modern AI creative tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar) to enhance creative production and marketing workflows.
• Ability to build or configure lightweight AI-powered workflows, automations, or creative utilities using no-code, low-code, or scripting tools.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of design quality and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Experience working in a macOS environment.

• Experience in beauty, fashion, retail, or ecommerce

• Familiarity with APIs, AI workflow platforms, or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
• Experience creating AI-assisted creative workflows for marketing, content production, or digital campaigns.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluating AI-generated creative outputs.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and applying them to creative and marketing challenges.
