Customer Operations Representative (Fresher)
Our Customer Experience team plays an important role in supporting customers, resolving inquiries, and contributing to a positive customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Assist in identifying customer issues and escape or resolve them using established processes.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
- Learn to analyze common customer concerns and share feedback with internal teams.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth customer service workflows.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality.
- Follow defined processes while adapting to new tools and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or recent graduate) in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresher candidates encouraged to apply (0–1 years of experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
