Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated customer service professional with experience in the food manufacturing environment.
Compensation & EmploymentSalary DOE: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour. Full-time position.
Required Experience & Skills- 3+ years of customer service experience; experience in food manufacturing, hospitality or retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication, listening, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to prepare agreements, price quotes, and other documents.
- Ability to record and maintain accurate details of all customer interactions, inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
- Ability to coordinate shipments and process orders with appropriate documentation.
- Strong team player who can communicate with all levels of employees.
- Advocacy for the best possible outcome for customers.
Work environment:
Office.
