Job Description
Our staffing agency is seeking a Retention & Attach Support Contractor to support customer renewal efforts within a high-volume outbound environment. This role will focus primarily on outbound engagement (approximately 80%) with existing customers to support renewals, along with inbound queue coverage (approximately 20%).
This position plays a key role in driving retention outcomes for small-market customers (typically firms with 1–5 users). The ideal candidate is early in their sales career, motivated to grow, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. This team serves as a strong developmental pipeline for future full-time opportunities, though conversion is not guaranteed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer queues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to retention customers to support renewals.
- Maintain activity in two inbound queues throughout the workday.
- Meet daily outbound call expectations and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Retention and Attach teams to support renewal success.
- Provide professional, high-quality customer service across all interactions.
- Follow up with customers to resolve questions and support account outcomes.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems.
Required Experience/Skills
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or an outbound sales environment.
- Comfortable making a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day.
- Experience handling inbound queues and managing lead follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilient, motivated, and eager to grow within a sales-focused role.
Performance Expectations
- Minimum 60 outbound calls per day (or approximately 3 hours of talk time).
- Monthly outcome goals (vary by season and business demand).
- Active participation in performance initiatives and calling “blitz” campaigns.
Incentives
- Monthly performance incentive up to $500 (based on goal attainment).
- Weekly incentive opportunities (e.g., $200 performance-based competitions).
