We’re looking for candidates who will thrive on the front lines of our business by providing fantastic service to our customers.

As a member of out team, you will be the first contact with our customers working off pre-set appointments. In addition, you will:

• Ensure a quality, timely, customer experience for our customers by explaining the full product line, features and functions.

• Ability to work under pressure by managing a high volume of customer questions while providing an array of services requested by our customer.

• Must be comfortable working in a team environment, and willing to work independently when needed.

• Must be able to understand and explain contract details to customers. Be neat and organized when filling paperwork and sensitive information.

• Reports trends, issues and feedback learned from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.

Eligible candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• Proficiency in Spanish preferred, but not required

• Good human relations skills to work effectively and professionally with customers questions.

• Basic understanding of equipment and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 15-30 lbs

• Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance. Hours for this job include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Possesses basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 to $3,400 per month

Expected hours: 30-40 per week
