Customer Loyalty Specialist

Job Overview

Greenix is a fast‑growing business in Utah. We are looking for Loyalty Agents to manage inbound calls from our existing customer base and deliver a white‑glove experience.

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year with paid training (hourly plus commission).

• Receive inbound calls from current customers.
• Identify customer needs and root concerns.
• Provide white‑glove service that delights the customer.
• Demonstrate a competitive and collaborative attitude to meet team and department goals.

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• College degree a plus.
• Prior sales or retention experience is a plus.
• Ability to work designated full‑time shift.
• Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and headsets.
