Job Details – Customer Care Specialist (Pest Control Industry)- Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office
- Location: West Plano, Texas
- Pay Rate: $22 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM - Industry: Pest Control & Termite Services
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
As a key member of our customer support team, you'll deliver top-tier service by:
- Answering inbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Scheduling pest control and termite treatment appointments
- Resolving billing issues and answering service-related questions
- Updating customer records and service histories in our CRM system
