Front End Service Team Associate

Job Overview

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They must be ready to help with customer questions and needs and may be required to stand for long periods of time.

Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour (minimum wage applicable to job location).
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
