Smith Rx in Plano, TX is seeking a Seasonal Inbound Call Center Representative to deliver world-class member support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate members about pharmacy benefits, and document interactions with care.
This onsite role starts with a 9-week training block, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm MT, with ongoing shifts Monday through Friday and rotating weekends/holidays. You must have 2+ years in a call center and be local to Plano.
