Collectors is seeking a Senior Customer Relations Specialist to join the PSA Customer Relations team in Plano, TX. This full-time onsite role reports to the Assistant Manager, Customer Relations.
The position requires at least 3 years in customer relations and strong problem-solving and communication skills. You'll collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve inquiries, maintain accurate information, and handle customer adjustments.
