Entry-Level IT Help Desk Agent
- Leading Insurance Client
Contract: 12 months, with possible extension up to 24 months.
Schedule: Certain shifts require three days in the office and two days remotely per week. Candidates must live within 50 miles of either office. Off-hours shifts are fully remote.
Locations:- Portsmouth, NH: 225 Borthwick Ave, Portsmouth, NH 03801
- Answer technical support calls, emails, and tickets.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, account-access, and network issues.
- Reset passwords and assist users with login problems.
- Document issues in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support teams.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Basic computer, Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and work flexible shifts.
- Previous help desk or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
100% Remote shifts

- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
