- Direct customers to the appropriate areas, whether it’s the sales representatives for product consultations, the showroom for window and door displays, or other relevant departments.
- Offer assistance to customers, answering basic questions about the company’s products and services, and providing information on current promotions or special offers.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Ensure that all brochures, product catalogs, and other marketing materials are neatly arranged and readily available for customers.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing important documents related to customer interactions or sales transactions, and updating customer information in the company’s database.
