Position Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic team member to serve as both Orthodontic Assistant (50%) and Treatment Coordinator (50%). This unique role blends hands‑on chairside support with patient education, case coordination, and relationship‑building. What You’ll Do

As an Orthodontic Assistant (Experience Required):

  • Assist with orthodontic procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout their visit.
  • Take digital 3D impressions, X-rays, and intraoral photos using advanced technology.
  • Educate patients about appliances, treatment progress, and smile care.
  • Contribute to our fun, engaging culture by building relationships with patients and families.

As a Treatment Coordinator (Experience Preferred):

  • Welcome and guide new patients through their first visit and ongoing treatment journey.
  • Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and motivating way.
  • Review health histories, arrange referral appointments, and support communication with specialists.
  • Assist with financial arrangements and payment plans in a professional, patient‑centered manner.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and ensure accurate documentation of patient records.
What We’re Looking For
  • Required: Experience as a dental or orthodontic assistant.
  • Preferred: Prior experience as a treatment coordinator or in patient financial/clinical communication.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to connect and build trust.
  • A positive, team‑oriented personality with attention to detail and patient service.
  • Comfort with technology, including practice management and imaging software.
