Overview

Our private dental office in Plano, TX, is looking for an experienced, motivated, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with patients, and seeks a long-term dental home where they can continue to grow professionally.

Schedule
  • Full-Time
  • Monday-Friday
  • Office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional chairside assisting during dental procedures
  • Pack cord and fabricate temporaries efficiently
  • Support treatment presentation and patient scheduling
  • Maintain accurate clinical records using Dentrix
  • Deliver outstanding patient care and communication
  • Work collaboratively with a fast-paced, team-focused office
Qualifications
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required
  • Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification required
  • Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification preferred
  • 3–5 years of dental assisting experience preferred
  • Experience with Invisalign and iTero preferred
  • Dentrix software experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a larger practice setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
