What You’ll Do:
  • Comprehensive Orthodontic Care: Lead and deliver high-quality orthodontic services, including adolescent care and aligner treatments for adults.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with a skilled team and mentor staff, ensuring an efficient and positive work environment.
  • Patient Relationships: Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and educate them on treatment options to improve their oral health.
  • Practice Growth: Contribute to the practice's growth by maintaining high standards of care and helping to achieve production and collection goals.
Ideal Candidate:

An experienced Orthodontist with 3-5 years of experience, eager to take on leadership and ownership responsibilities.
