Surgical Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Surgical Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist our doctors during a variety of dental surgical procedures, provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatment, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically proficient, and committed to delivering outstanding care while supporting the overall success of the practice.

Schedule: Full time, 4 days a week

• Provide chairside support during dental surgical procedures, assisting doctors with treatment, charting, patient education, and operatory setup and breakdown.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience throughout every stage of treatment.
• Take and process diagnostic radiographs and other clinical images as needed.
• Prepare surgical rooms, instruments, and materials to ensure efficient procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Perform sterilization and infection control procedures in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-operative care instructions.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, confidentiality, and adherence to all workplace regulations.
• Support the clinical team with additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Registered Dental Assistant with the state of TX
• 1+ years of Surgical Dental assisting experience

• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a high-level clinical setting

The salary range for this role is $25-$30 per hour.
