As the leader of preventative care in our practice, you will drive patient health and practice growth by:
- Patient-centered care:
Creating a calming, empathetic, and welcoming atmosphere that eliminates dental anxiety for patients of all ages. - Comprehensive evaluations:
Conducting thorough oral health screenings, periodontal charting, and identifying clinical conditions such as caries and gum disease. - Top-notch preventative treatments:
Performing meticulous prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, plaque removal, fluoride applications, and capturing diagnostic digital X-rays. - Oral health education:
Empowering patients through customized, empathetic education regarding home hygiene and systemic oral health. - Co-diagnosis & planning:
Collaborating closely with our doctors to discuss comprehensive treatment plans and periodontal needs. - Clinical safety:
Maintaining rigorous OSHA/HIPAA compliance, precise patient charting, and immaculate operatory sterilization standards.
- Licensure:
Active registered dental hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas (required). - Clinical skill:
