Your Clinical Role & Leadership
  • Deliver comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and execute high-quality treatment plans across general, restorative, and surgical dentistry.
  • Exercise complete clinical autonomy in patient care while upholding our rigorous standards of safety and clinical excellence.
  • Provide clinical leadership and compassionate guidance to your chairside assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff.
  • Champion preventative oral healthcare and build lasting, trust-based relationships with our patient community.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental university.
  • Licensure: Active Texas dental license (or currently in the final stages of the application process).
  • Certifications: Valid DEA registration upon start date and required Nitrous Oxide certification.
  • Experience Level: Open to both experienced general dentists and highly motivated new graduates.
  • Professional Mindset: An ethical, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-first setting.
