You will collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to design blended learning programs across onboarding, sales enablement, and certification—translating complex technical and business concepts into clear, measurable experiences.
A key focus is elevating the end‑to‑end learner experience within the LMS and contributing to our transition to a new LMS platform.
- Design end‑to‑end learning experiences across multiple formats: self‑paced e‑learning, virtual instructor‑led training (vILT), microlearning, video, simulations, and job aids.

- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to drive measurable behavior change.
- Partner with subject matter experts to distill complex information into concise, learner‑centered content and scenarios.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from intake through launch, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.
- Design intuitive learner journeys within the LMS, including page layouts, navigation flows, and branded learning destinations.
- Build and iterate on courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- Use data (xAPI, SCORM, engagement metrics) and learner feedback to continuously improve adoption and outcomes.
- Apply UX and visual design principles; contribute to the team's design system, templates, and style guides.
- Stay current on learning technology trends, including AI‑assisted authoring and adaptive learning.
- 7+ years of experience designing learning experiences, including sales and partner enablement, in a corporate or agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing learner journeys within an LMS environment and optimizing content discoverability.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of modalities (e‑learning, ILT/vILT, video, microlearning, performance support).
- Advanced proficiency in at least two authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo, Absorb) and familiarity with SCORM and xAPI.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously from intake through evaluation.
- Nice to have:
Master's degree in a related field; UX research background; experience with Docebo LMS; video production or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere, Figma); familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools or Kirkpatrick evaluation methods. - Sales training preferred.
