The Junior Construction Administrator will work under the Senior Construction Administrator in order to assist in managing all aspects of multiple projects from pre-construction to substantial completion and project closeout as well as ensuring construction drawings are accurate.
Qualifications- Minimum of bachelor in architecture.
- Pursuing Architectural Registration
- Proficient with Autocad, Revit, and Bluebeam.
- 4 to 6 years of architectural experience in wood-framed construction (multifamily) REQUIRED
- Check drawings for accuracy, constructability and coordination with consultants
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
- Attend and facilitate construction meetings - Travel Required
- Review field conditions and prepare Architects Field Reports
- Prepare Architects Supplemental Instructions (ASIs)
- Review and respond to Requests For Information (RFIs)
- Coordinate project activities between the Firm/Consultants/Owner and QC
- Review contractors pay application for accuracy and payment
- Problem solve on-site issues
Must Have Architecture Work Experience In The USA.
Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or current Employment Authorization Document Holder with NO visa sponsor ships required now or in the future.
