This is a hybrid position located in Plano, TX. Relocation to Plano, TX is required if you're not located in the Dallas, TX area.

We're currently seeking a Senior Manager, Product Designer (IC) to join our Refinance team, which is part of the Experience Design organization.

As a Senior Manager Product Designer within the Auto Refinance team, you'll operate at the intersection of financial integrity and AI-driven innovation. You'll combine your craft expertise, influence, and strategic thinking to co-create an iconic, differentiated end-to-end customer experience.

As a Senior Manager Product Designer, you'll combine your craft expertise, influence & strategic thinking with an understanding of our customers and the business. You'll co-create innovative solutions to complex problems, drive product strategy and contribute to a thriving team culture of high performing designers.

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
• At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Plano, TX: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Manager, Design

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
