Junior Construction Administrator

The Junior Construction Administrator will work under the Senior Construction Administrator in order to assist in managing all aspects of multiple projects from pre-construction to substantial completion and project closeout as well as ensuring construction drawings are accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor in architecture.
• Pursuing Architectural Registration
• Proficient with Autocad, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• 4 to 6 years of architectural experience in wood-framed construction (multifamily) REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Check drawings for accuracy, constructability and coordination with consultants
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
• Attend and facilitate construction meetings - Travel Required
• Review field conditions and prepare Architects Field Reports
• Prepare Architects Supplemental Instructions (ASIs)
• Review and respond to Requests For Information (RFIs)
• Coordinate project activities between the Firm/Consultants/Owner and QC
• Review contractors pay application for accuracy and payment
• Problem solve on-site issues

Must have architecture work experience in the USA.

Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or current Employment Authorization Document Holder with NO visa sponsor ships required now or in the future.
