Anesthesiologist

Excel Division, part of US Anesthesia Partners North Texas, is seeking cardiac and general anesthesiologists for partner and non-partner track positions. The role involves managing a diverse mix of cardiac and noncardiac cases across North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, and surrounding areas. Clinicians benefit from an MD-only practice model with no in-house call, trauma, or OB coverage.

Practice Info

• Cases include cardiac, thoracic, electrophysiology, spine, neuro, vascular, general, and optional peds
• MD-only case model with no care team
• No in-house call, no trauma, and no OB coverage
• Covers over 4,000 on-pump cardiac surgeries a year, including CABG, valves, aorta, and minimally invasive cardiac surgeries
• Day doc position is primarily located in Plano and Frisco

Compensation

• Base Salary $600k W-2 for cardiac position
• Base Salary $500k W-2 for noncardiac position
• Quarterly profit sharing

Shift & Schedule

• Partner and non-partner tracks available
• Day doc position has no call requirements or weekend work
• Standard hours are 7:00am-5:00pm with some flexibility
• Cardiac position includes home calls of about 2 weekday calls per month and 7-8 weekend calls per year
• Noncardiac position includes home calls of about 2 weekday calls per month and 10 weekend calls per year
• Call shifts typically finish around 7-8 pm
• Non-partner-track Associates will not be required to take call
