Pay Range: $25- $28 per hour on W2 basis

Job Summary

We are seeking an Instructional Design & Multimedia Specialist to revolutionize the learning experience within our Operations team. Utilize your expertise in instructional design and multimedia development to create comprehensive and engaging eLearning courses, videos, and simulations that support rapid onboarding and skill enhancement. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and aligning educational strategies with our business objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences utilizing ADDIE, SAM, etc., for effective content delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure instructional strategies meet business goals.
  • Manage project timelines efficiently to balance multiple tasks without compromising quality.
  • Conduct needs assessments to pinpoint training needs, designing innovative solutions to address skill gaps.
  • Flexibly adjust work hours to support workshop development and delivery, ensuring positive collaboration across the team.
Must have Skills
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia).
  • Strong capability in instructional design theories and application.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Domain Experience
  • Experience in high-growth or multi-site organizations preferred. Financial Services and Risk Methodology knowledge is a bonus.
Education
  • Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design Technology, Education, Communication, English, Technical Writing, or related fields, or equivalent experience. 2+ years in a role focused on adult learning, instructional design, or similar capacity.
