Job Summary
This person is fun‑loving, energetic, and passionate about connecting students to Christ! This role will work closely in a team with the Legacy Student Pastor, Legacy Campus Pastor, Engage Team leader, and all campus Student Pastors. The person will lead the vision for all Chase Oaks Student Ministries and lead/executing weekend Student services and events at Legacy Campus in partnership with the Legacy Student Pastor.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- All‑Campus Leadership Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction for all Chase Oaks Student Ministries. - Collaborate with the Student Ministry team in every aspect of the vision.
- Support and participate in all student events (camps, mission trips, lock‑ins, etc.).
- Assist in leading student ministry during programs and events.
- Assist in weekly programming structure.
- Recruit leaders.
- Assist in outside communication to parents, leaders, students, etc.
- Passion for reaching students for Jesus.
- Effective administrative skills.
- Strong team player with a heart for people.
- Effective communicator.
- Lifelong learner.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
Minimum 5 years of related experience leading students and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Education Desired- Minimum college degree plus one year of theological education (e.g., college, seminary, Open Bible Academy, BSF, etc.).
- Dotted line leadership of all Student Ministry initiatives.
- Ability to speak effectively and understandably on the phone; present information and respond to inquiries regarding Chase Oaks ministries with high customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook calendaring, and email.
- Basic knowledge of Excel data entry.
- Familiarity with databases.
- Lifting 5–10 pounds is occasional but essential.

Must be a Christ‑follower whose work history and lifestyle consistently adhere to scriptural principles of the Bible, and who agrees with the Purpose, Strategy, and DNA statements of Chase Oaks. Staff must be “All–In” and committed to the local body of Christ in worship, groups, service, and giving.
Salary$76,000 – $84,000
