At Mathnasium, the #1 math tutoring center with over 1,000 locations, we empower K‑12 students to excel with personalized lessons and test preparation. As an Assistant Director, you will partner with the Center Director to build a high‑energy team, drive student success, and meet center goals.

• Dynamic role managing curriculum, parent communication, and team performance.

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents via email or text.
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless operations during Director absences.
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for continuous improvement.

• Strong math skills through Algebra I (Geometry or higher is a plus).
• Full‑time availability (Monday–Thursday, flexible Friday/Saturday within 30–35 hrs).
• Passion for kids and teams; customer‑focused leadership style.
• Successfully pass a background check.
