This position anchors that mission. You'll develop the Guides who engage directly with students, transforming them into outstanding coaches rather than traditional instructors. You'll facilitate life skills workshops students recall years afterward. You'll analyze performance data to pinpoint where students or Guides need support and coach them toward excellence. You'll also maintain your own student cohort, demonstrating the standards you require from others.

The impact multiplies rapidly. Each Guide you develop influences dozens of students. Every enhancement you bring to campus culture amplifies across hundreds of young lives. Success isn't defined by meeting attendance or report volume. It's determined by whether students grow more confident, disciplined, resilient, and capable through the culture you establish.

• Develop and coach Guides to execute Alpha's coaching model with consistency, enthusiasm, and rigorous standards.
• Facilitate dynamic life skills workshops addressing communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using established frameworks.
• Analyze student and Guide performance metrics to uncover coaching opportunities, eliminate obstacles, and produce measurable weekly progress.
• Conduct motivation sessions that empower every student to embrace ambitious goals and consistently reach them.
• Manage your own student cohort while exemplifying the coaching quality and accountability you require from all Guides.

• Instructing academic subjects. Students complete core academics independently via AI-powered learning platforms.
• Creating lesson plans or developing curriculum. Your responsibility is outstanding coaching, not producing instructional content.
• Controlling classrooms through lectures, worksheets, or behavioral systems. Students direct their learning, and you coach the habits enabling their success.
• Reducing standards to sidestep challenging conversations. Rigorous expectations and authentic belief in every student's capacity are inseparable.
• Defining success through activity rather than outcomes. Impact matters more than effort by itself.
