Labor Rates Analyst

The Labor Rates Analyst will support research and analysis related to labor rate requests for dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Support labor rate requests specifically for dealerships.

Review and analyze repair orders with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.

Evaluate costs associated with repairs, including parts and labor.

Understand flat rate time and warranty-like repairs.

Conduct market research by reaching out to competitive repair facilities to benchmark labor charges.

Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Candidate Requirements Automotive industry experience, particularly with repair orders and cost structures.
