Quality Technician (Home Appliances)

Immediate need for a talented Quality Technician (Home Appliances). This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano TX (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical knowledge within client Home Appliance and Electronic Products
• Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.
• Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals
• Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within client.
• Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.
• Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.
• Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years experience preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication (verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills
