System Research Engineer
Responsibilities- Develop guidelines and proposals for improving the reliability and efficiency of compressors from the perspective of systems and applications, proposing breakthrough paths and solutions.
- Responsible for the performance and reliability optimization of compressor matching and issue follow-up for high-power systems in client and market scenarios.
- Track and interpret international and domestic new standards for high-power systems, updating design specifications and system evaluation criteria for new scenarios and product categories.
Education:
Master’s degree or above in Refrigeration, Thermodynamics, HVAC, or Heat Transfer.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of product development experience in HVAC enterprises, with a focus on high-power system development.
Skills:
Proficiency in thermal cycle theoretical calculations, component selection/design for refrigeration systems, and new system development experience.
