We are seeking a Senior RF Engineer I to lead RF design, planning, and optimization for private LTE and related projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, offering an opportunity to shape network performance and mentor a team of engineers.

As a Senior RF Engineer, you will oversee RF design and optimization activities, configure and test base stations, and ensure top‑tier network performance. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality network designs and contribute to the planning and rollout of upcoming projects. This position requires strong leadership skills to guide a small technical team and hands‑on experience with RF tools and methodologies.

• Lead RF design, planning, and optimization for private LTE projects
• Configure and test base stations to ensure optimal network performance
• Mentor and oversee a small team of RF engineers
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality network designs
• Support planning and rollout of future network projects

• Strong background as an RF Engineer (carrier/vendor experience welcome)
• Hands‑on experience configuring base stations
• Leadership experience with ability to mentor technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, or related engineering field

• ATOL, EDX Signal Pro, Infovista Planet
• Pathloss (for microwave planning)
